Now
QA Engineer at Lotusflare Technologies, working on Smartless Mobile — a T-Mobile US MVNE on a cloud-native, CMS-driven e-commerce stack. I designed the Playwright/TypeScript framework here — Page Object Model, BDD, reusable browser utilities, fixtures, test-data factories, and custom reporting — and led the Selenium → Playwright migration, cutting weekly regression 3 days → 1 day (≈3× faster) with 500+ deterministic pre-prod and prod smoke tests. Beyond that I focus on AI-augmented test infrastructure: agents on MCP, LLM evaluation, multimodal ticket triage, and deterministic smoke testing across pre-prod and prod.
Before
Automation Test Engineer at L&T Technology Services on the T-Mobile US program. Led a 6-engineer QA pod across iOS, Android, and Web for two MVNE clients: Smartless Mobile and Roccstar Wireless. Built and shipped a multi-model self-healing Appium framework that ran in production, later centralized behind a Flask + SQLite service so the locator cache and telemetry were shared across the pod.
OSS → BSS
My two stops trace the telecom stack end-to-end. At L&T Technology Services I started on the OSS side — network testing for the T-Mobile program — and contributed to the architecture of an internal proprietary platform (IA tool) that combined a device farm with a network-testing harness. Alongside it I drove cross-vendor coverage with Perfecto, Katalon Studio, Applitools, and an in-house Appium device farm.
The role bled into infra: I stood up Citrix XenDesktop servers, opened up remote access through FortiGate firewalls, and helped land the T-Mobile client lab for network plus UI/API testing. The IT-adjacent work was where I learned that a reliable test signal is mostly a reliable lab.
At Lotusflare I moved to the BSS side — commerce, catalog, ordering, and the cloud-native CMS layer that sits in front of the network. Same customer (T-Mobile US, via Smartless Mobile), opposite end of the stack. Owning both sides is what makes the end-to-end story coherent for me: I have seen the packet path and the checkout funnel for the same SIM.

How I work
- I default to building tools over heroics. If the same toil shows up twice, I write the thing that kills it.
- I write things down. The 1,658-line test case writing guide that powers the AIO TCC skill started as a Notion doc.
- I sit in the bug triage. I sit in the PM standup. QA is a cross-team function and the lift comes from sitting in the right rooms.
- I prefer deterministic over clever. A boring suite that runs the same way every time beats a magical one that fails on Tuesdays.
Outside of work
I write on Medium (mostly QA/AI-evals/automation craft), read about test engineering culture, and tinker with internal tools for the QA team.
